Jamie's Bio

My goal as a real estate agent is to maintain a reputation for attentive detail oriented service, and to gain a great percentage of my business from referrals and repeat clients – from first time buyers to experienced investors. I believe that the key to being successful and having longevity in the real estate business is to “deliver what you promise” and treat everyone of my clients as if they were my one and only client. Seeing myself more as a matchmaker than a salesperson, I am an active listener who factors my clients' individual needs and tastes into every potential sale. Always up front and honest, I value frequent client communication, making myself easily accessible by answering my own phone and returning calls as soon as possible. In fact, I have no such thing as office hours. I always respect my clients' privacy, adhering to a strict nondisclosure policy. If you are a first-time home buyer, I understand that buying your first home can be an overwhelming and sometimes scary experience-which is why I take pride in the fact that I participate in every step of the process and making sure you are comfortable with every decision you make. I show you the same care that I would with a member of my own family. I have a very good imagination and my attention to detail helps tremendously when working with investors. I understand that timing is everything when searching for an investment property and staying up to date with new listings in their desired area is crucial to helping my investor clients accomplish their goals. Besides real estate, design has always been a passion of mine. I have excellent builders in my acquaintance, and together we can help you design your dream home, if your wish is to start from the ground up. From choosing a floor plan, to picking light-fixtures and appliances, I can help you through the entire process to get you the perfect home within your budget. When it comes to commercial real estate, I have made it a point to get acquainted with as many people as possible, within all diverse types of businesses. In commercial real estate, who you know can be just as important as what you know.
